At VitalFit, we stand behind our products and hope you are more than satisfied with your selections. If you are dissatisfied, please write us with your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word RETURN in the email subject line within 7 days of delivery. All online refunds will be given as online credit (less shipping costs). If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement.
If you have purchased any VitalFit products from one of our wholesale partners, please contact them directly regarding your return request.
We are thrilled to offer special promotions online however, we cannot extend those offers to our retail shops. Any discounts, promotions, or gift packages featured online are only valid online and cannot be redeemed in store. The same goes for in-store promotions, any sales or promotions going on in our retail shops are not valid online unless explicitly stated otherwise on our website.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
While we always aim to provide you with what you want, occasionally an item in high demand or out of season may be unavailable. In this case we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to ship the available items in your order first (and send the remaining items at no extra charge the moment they become available). We’re always happy to help you find a replacement product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product from us that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with the word DAMAGED in the subject line and a photo of the damaged items. We will remedy this as quickly as possible!
