Are your products organic?

We source organic ingredients whenever possible. All organic ingredients are indicated as such on product pages and product labels.

Are your products vegan?

Yes - everything except Wildly Omega.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source our ingredients from only the best partners.  Our tart cherry comes from grower owned co-ops in Northern Michigan.  Our mushrooms are grown in China and go through rigorous testing throughout growth and also once they reach the United States.  Our herbs are certified organic and come from a premium ingredient specialist. Our fish oil comes from Winter Skate fish off the coast of Cape Cod.  If there are any questions or you'd like more specifics, reach out and we'll happily provide as much info as possible.

What do the your products taste like?

Tart Cherry - We describe it as feeling like a hint of cherry.  

Planted - Wholesome, grainy, slightly savory and sweet, with hints of vanilla and an inherent nuttiness from the pumpkin seeds

Source - Creamy and smooth mushroom broth

Adapted - Herbal and earthy, much like a tea

Wildly Omega - No flavor

Is it okay to mix VitalFit products together?

Yes! Our products complement each other so we encourage mixing them. Head to our shop to find our ‘Perfect Pairings’ and find the products that work best together.

Can I take supplements when pregnant or while breastfeeding?

What is an adaptogen?

Adaptogens are a class of herbs, mushrooms and minerals that help protect the body from stress and its toxic effects. Adaptogens have been used since ancient times in Chinese medicine and current research suggests that adaptogens work on a cellular level, acting like a “stress vaccine,” increasing our cells’ ability to respond to stress.

Which adaptogens do you use in your product?

Lionsmane, holy basil and lemon balm in Adapted and cordyceps and pine pollen  in Source.

Cordyceps vs. Caffeine

Unlike artificial stimulants like caffeine, cordyceps provide a source of energy without the “crash.” Cordyceps contain adenosine, a compound that stimulates the production of ATP, a natural source of energy in the body’s cells.

What makes your products different?

All our products are made from plant-based, simple and natural ingredients. Our primary focus is helping people recovery so all our products revolve around the theme of mental or physical recovery.

Can I sell your products in my own store or shop?

Will VitalFit donate to my charitable cause?

We carefully evaluate every donation request and donate to a wide range of organizations in our local community and beyond. While we can't say yes to everyone, we look forward to reviewing your request. Requests must be made at least two weeks before the event, preferably earlier.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and paypal.

When will I be charged?

When your order is placed.

What should I do if my order isn’t right?

We do our best to make sure this does not happen. In case it does, we will make sure to fix the mistake immediately.

Can I update my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a notification email with tracking information. Sometimes an error can occur - always reach out to us if you have any questions at all and we will find the right answer.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship on in the United States. We are working to ship to other countries. If you are interested and live out of the U.S., contact us and we will try to find a way to get the product to you.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?

We process most ordered within 1-4 business days, followed by transit time. We ship we USPS which typically takes 2-5 days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and faulty products. If you purchase something and would like to return it, contact us and we will get it sorted immediately.
