We'd also love to introduce our colleague Margo Malone, who created the recipe you will see here today. Margo is a member of the Boston Athletic Association's High Performance Team. Margo was a competitive athlete during her time at Syracuse University, and has had a lifelong passion for nutrition and understanding what fuels the body. She even studied biology and nutrition science! As a competitor, she is always looking for creative ways optimize her nutrition. We are so excited for her to be a part of our team!

Coconut is a good source of fiber and healthy fats.
Molasses is a great binder and adds a hint of sweetness while also being high in iron.
Dark Chocolate provides a rich source of antioxidants that are perfect to compliment the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of Tart Cherry.
