Spirulina Bowl

Here's another awesome bowl recipe from Karissa! This time, she uses spirulina, which is one of the best superfoods out there! It's easy, delicious, and nutritious!

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Planted
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower

Toppings:

  • Chia seeds
  • Handful berries
  • ½ Picky Bar or any granola bar of choice
  • Coconut flakes
  • Camu powder
  • Granola
  • Hemp Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Put all of the main ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. If too thick, add a little more almond or coconut milk
  3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
