Pineapple Source Summer Slush

VitalFit Source Pineapple Slushie



(makes three servings)

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks - for this recipe we used fresh pineapple but frozen is great as well
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut water
  • 1 piece of ginger, peeled and grated.  You can also use ginger powder or a ginger supplement as an replacement if you don't have any fresh ginger on hand
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2-3 servings of Source




  • Combine ingredients in blender and add ice to achieve desired thickness

  • Once the blend is smooth pour into glass and garnish with a bit more turmeric or Source.  You can also use cayenne or red pepper to add a pop of heat and color.
