Matcha & Protein Power Parfait

To start Monday off strong, we have a new recipe from our friend Marissa!  This vegan friendly pairing has everything you need to stay nourished and energized throughout a busy morning!

Recipe: 

  • 1 cup nondairy milk 
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs flax seeds 
  • 1 scoop Planted protein 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Blend all together and enjoy or let sit overnight to allow it to thicken further.

Matcha:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk 
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 serving of Source 
  • 1 in of fresh ginger (optional) 
  • 1 tbs coconut oil or coconut butter
