Living and working in New York City means that most mornings I need a pick-me-up.

While I love the taste of coffee, it often leaves me feeling dehydrated, shaky, and anxious. I created this Adaptogenic Morning Matcha blend to get the energy hit I crave in a gentle way.

The cordyceps and pine pollen in the Source powder helps your body produce it’s own energy that is sustainable by improving blood flow and increasing ATP. This recipe is delicious and something I look forward to and depend on each morning.

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 serving of Source powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup of warm water
  • 1 cup of milk of choice (almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, or coconut milk are great options)
  • Optional sweetener of choice (stevia or raw honey)

Pro tip: make this a meal replacement by adding 1 serving of Planted Protein
