Quintessential Morning Tonic

VitalFit Planted Adaptogen Morning Tonic

I love starting my morning with a warm, cozy, creamy tonic. While I switch it up all the time, here is a simple framework to follow.

  • 1.5 cups brewed coffee, chia tea, or warm water with 1 tsp of matcha powder 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil or ghee 
  • 1 serving of adaptogens- either Adapted or Source 
  • Sweetener of choice (raw honey, stevia, monk fruit) 
  • Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric (optional) 
  • Collagen powder (optional) OR use Planted protein for a warm protein powder tonic!

Blend all together for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
