I’m Rochelle, and I’m a junior at Boston University studying biology. I came to college
wanting to work in the healthcare field and was soon drawn to the power of food in the
prevention of disease and decided to pursue a career in nutrition.
I recently discovered the health benefits of eating healthy and decided to incorporate it
into my lifestyle. A few months after I started eating a plant-based diet I began noticing the
remarkably positive effects it has had on my health, and I haven’t looked back since.
Now my food choices revolve around those that make me feel happy, nourished and energized. A love for fitness and a desire to try new things led me to develop a bunch of fitness-related hobbies like working out, hiking, rock climbing and competitive ballroom dancing!
As someone whose life revolves around a lot of physical activity, supplements play a
prominent role in helping my body recover faster and remain injury free. That’s why I love
